Welcome to Lotusheart Healing.  Take a moment to smile at your heart, and relax.  This web site is dedicated to all my teachers through the years who have helped show me the way to True Source and to true healing.  Opening your heart is not a one-time event, it's a continual process happening in each moment. 

Our connection to the Creator, to True Source, begins in our hearts.  In order to nurture and grow that connection, it is important that we begin to understand the importance and meaning of a true heart connection.  This is an exciting time in the world when many spiritual opportunities exist to grow and learn.  There are changes occurring all the time, and listening to your heart is a much easier way of getting the most out of the available energy.

Scientists have determined through investigation and study that there is a type of cell in our bodies that is only found in the brain and the heart.  Our hearts have memory, as well as our minds.  In Japan and in other Eastern cultures, it is thought that the "mind" resides in the heart.   When the mind in the heart takes more control, our lives improve and our connection with True Source, with the Divine, with Creator, becomes stronger and stronger.  May the True Lotusheart of Existence open for all sentient beings, and may all know Love, Peace and Happiness.

In the Chandogya Upanishads, Hindu Holy Scriptures, it is said:

In the center of the castle of Brahman, which is our own body,There is a small shrine 
in the form of a lotus flower and within can be found a small space.

We should find who dwells there and we should want to know him.

And if anyone asks, "Who is he who lives in a small shrine in the form of a lotus flower in the center of the castle of Brahman?"

We can answer:
"The little space within the heart is as great as the universe. The heaven and the earth are there; the sun, the moon, the stars; fire and lightening and winds
For the whole universe is in Him and He dwells within our hearts.”
